1. Binding Electronic Contract

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("User", "Patient", or "Customer") and Dr. Prerna Ayurveda Clinic & Apothecary under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing www.drprerna.com, booking a consultation, completing an AI assessment, or purchasing apothecary formulations, you signify your full agreement to these Terms.

2. Registered Practitioner Qualifications

All clinical diagnostic consultations, Nadi Pariksha evaluations, and medical formulations on this website are overseen by Dr. Prerna Kohad, BAMS(Ayu), registered with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (MCIM Registration No: 1-91049-A-1) under the regulatory purview of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

3. Medical & Emergency Care Disclaimer

Ayurvedic healing focuses on restoring constitutional balance (Dosha Samya). Because biological responses vary widely across individuals depending on diet, compliance, lifestyle, and genetic constitution, no specific duration or guaranteed cure is promised or implied.

4. Clinical Consultation & Telemedicine Services

• Booking & Confirmation: Consultation slots (₹499 OPD fee) are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
• Telemedicine Practice Guidelines: Consultations conducted online follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. The doctor exercises professional clinical discretion to determine if a condition is suitable for teleconsultation or requires an in-person physical clinic examination.
• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.

5. Apothecary Products, Pricing & Orders

• Product Description: All botanical formulations (such as Kumkumadi Oil, Bakuchiol Serum, Nalpamaradi Cleanser) are manufactured according to classical Ayurvedic principles and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Pricing & Taxes: All product prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Patch Test Advisory: While formulations use pure natural botanicals, individual skin sensitivities may occur. We recommend conducting a 24-hour patch test before full application.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All website content, clinical diagnostic questionnaires, text, formulations descriptions, photography, logos, and digital designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Prerna Ayurveda Clinic. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dr. Prerna Ayurveda Clinic, its practitioner, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, user misuse of botanical formulations, or inaccurate information provided by the patient during diagnostic assessments.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and all clinical and commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
