3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Free Shipping: We provide FREE standard delivery on all orders with a total cart value of ₹999 and above across India.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applied at checkout to cover insured courier handling.
4. Order Tracking & Courier Partners
We partner exclusively with reputed and insured express courier networks including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation message containing your Live Tracking Link and AWB Number is sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp and SMS.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Verification
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning an undelivered parcel to our warehouse (RTO).
- Please ensure your delivery address includes house/flat number, street name, nearest landmark, and accurate 6-digit pin code.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
📦 IMPORTANT ADVISORY UPON RECEIVING PARCEL:
Please inspect the outer package before accepting delivery. If the packaging appears visibly crushed, punctured, torn, or tampered with, please refuse to accept the parcel and mark "Damaged/Refused" with the courier delivery agent.
If discovered after opening, take photos or an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours at care@drprerna.com or WhatsApp (+91 77678 81001) for an immediate replacement.
