These Terms of Service constitute a valid and enforceable electronic contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing this website, booking a clinical consultation, or purchasing apothecary formulations, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Registered Ayush Practitioner Verification
All clinical diagnostic evaluations, Nadi Pariksha analysis, and botanical prescriptions are conducted directly by Dr. Prerna Kohad (BAMS(Ayu)), registered with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine under Registration Number 1-91049-A-1, practicing under the regulatory oversight of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and Ministry of AYUSH.
3. Telemedicine Scope & Emergency Disclaimer
Online consultations are intended for chronic dermal, follicular, digestive, and lifestyle conditions. Teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If experiencing an acute medical emergency, patients must immediately visit their nearest tertiary hospital emergency department.
4. Appointment Rescheduling & Refund SLA
Consultation bookings (₹499) may be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled slot without penalty. Cancellations requested at least 4 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund processed within 3–5 banking business days.
